Our one bedroom converted stable block is ideal for two people to take a relaxing break at any time of the year.  It is situated in a quiet country setting in beautiful rural Kent yet only a 20 minute drive from the M20 motorway and Ashford International Railway Station.  We are to be found between the market towns of Tenterden and Rye with unique places of historic interest to explore, and numerous pubs and restaurants serving delicious local produce to visit.  Footpaths and bridleways allow access to roam in the beautiful Isle of Oxney countryside.

Accommodation comprises a comfortable living room/kitchen, shower room and double bedroom which is linked to your personal spa room with a hot tub, sauna and exercise equipment.  There is also a small quiet/reading room off of the spa room.

We are also happy for you to bring your dog (max 2) with you but they must be well behaved, friendly breeds as I have a dog and cats of my own.

We are located on the Kent/Sussex border between Tenterden and Rye and the location is ideal for either an active, tranquil or just a quiet romantic break.

So far we have been most popular with couples wanting to celebrate special anniversaries or just wanting some precious one to one time in a very comfortable setting.

With or without the snow the Isle of Oxney is still a beautiful part of the Kent countryside, so you can wrap up warm and take a walk before returning for a soak in the hot tub or a sauna.

Together or on your own in the steamy waters which is for your own unlimited use during your stay.
